The Construction Fairness Alliance is a cooperative consisting of pro-worker, pro-free enterprise proponents in the Illinois construction industry.

We promote fairness and opportunity for all skilled tradespeople in the industry.

Our Purpose:

Creating the conditions to enable everyone to compete on a fair and level playing field.

• Every individual has the opportunity to succeed.

• Equity of opportunity and not equity of outcome, meaning everyone has access to opportunities but rise on their own merit.

What does the Construction Fairness Alliance stand for?

• High-Quality, High-Paying Construction jobs

  High-paying jobs for skilled construction workers that allow them to provide for their families; that’s our primary focus.

• Free and Fair Competition in the Marketplace

  We believe all businesses should be able to compete on a level playing field. Government overreach will inflate costs, reduce safety and kill competition.

• Keeping Jobs & Workers in Illinois

  At a time when Illinois is rapidly losing skilled workers to neighboring states, we can’t support legislation that would eliminate jobs.
